Who Are We

It is fair to say we know quite a bit about location, value, property types, pricing, building requirements, and zoning. We thoroughly love our work and the awesome people we meet every day- many of whom we know by some local connection. We are the team to buy your house, sell you ours or rent you a place to call home.

Our Mission

At 580 Property Solutions, our mission is to provide no-hassle solutions to all your real estate needs. Not only do we lease properties, but we buy and sell them, potentially helping our clients save thousands of dollars. Our direct “buy and sell” approach is helping more and more people move on from unwanted properties and is assisting others to achieve home ownership.

James C. Bierce II

I am co-owner of 580 Property Solutions and mentor to Kevin Pinley.

I graduated with a finance degree from East Central University in 2007 and worked for The Chickasaw Nation as the Senior Project Manager for 7 years. This positioned assisted in honing my problem-solving skills and comprehension of complex real estate related issues.

I bought my first home at the age of 19 and quickly turned it into a rental property. Then at the age of 21 I purchased my first commercial real estate investment. Over the years I learned many lessons which allowed me to specialize in residential and commercial investments. Over the past 15 years this knowledge has helped me build my real estate portfolio.

I am married to my high school sweetheart and when I am not elbows deep in real estate you can find me hooping up on my son or enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends.

Kevin G. Pinley

I am co-owner of 580 Property Solutions and mentor to James Bierce.

I graduated with a finance degree from East Central University in 2008. After college, I worked in the insurance field for 5 years and then the finance industry for 10 years. For the last 5 years, I have owned Advance Oklahoma, a finance company based out of Holdenville, OK.

I have always been self-motivated to pursue different business ventures. I bought my first home at 19 and then my first investment property at 20. This piqued my interest in real estate. Since then I have acquired a strong knowledge of the real estate industry which has led me to purchasing multiple residential and commercial properties.

I married my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful daughters. I enjoy being outdoors specifically camping and love being with my family and friends.

Tonya M. Bierce

Fueled by caffeine, I ensure the daily operations in the office runs smoothly. More than likely if you step in the office you will meet me. I handle account payables & receivables, leases & contracts and everything in between.

I graduated from East Central University in 2007 and with my master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2009. I worked in the youth services field for 10 years before diving into my husband’s world. I like to say my experience in youth work prepared me to work with my husband on a daily basis.

I love spending time with my family and friends, anything outdoors (as long as the weather is above 70 degrees) and playing basketball which as the years goes on is turning into watching basketball. My favorite player is my son. Total Fan MOM!

Shanna Ross

As part of my responsibilities, I help Tonya manage the day-to-day operations of the office. When it comes to accounts receivable, accounts payable, contracts, and leases, she and I really are the glue that holds it all together.

Over the course of nearly 2 decades working in the building industry, I have experience with sales, management, payroll, billing, and merchandising. In addition, I have always had a fascination with real estate. I find joy seeing neglected properties come back to life.

Having the opportunity to work with James and Kevin has provided me with a greater understanding of the real estate industry, while also allowing me to use and develop the skillset that I have gained over the years.

I am married to my husband of 16 years. We have 3 beautiful children who are very active in sports. I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, fishing, and just spending time with family and friends around a campfire. If you can't find me at the ballfield or on the court, my family and I are usually traveling somewhere looking for our next adventure.
